Eligibility and authorization
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are authorized to provide the submitted names, messages, traits, interests, and other details.
AI-assisted service
We use automated generative systems to create lyrics, music, and illustrations. Outputs may contain mistakes, may not be unique, and may not qualify for copyright protection. We do not promise perfect pronunciation, artistic quality, originality, exclusivity, or uninterrupted availability.
Your submissions
You retain your rights in material you submit. You give us a limited license to process it solely to provide, secure, support, and delete the card. You confirm that your submissions are lawful and that you have permission to use them. Do not submit private contact details, surnames, addresses, schools, health information, photos, voice recordings, copyrighted lyrics, or requests to imitate artists or real people.
Personal-use license
Subject to these terms, you may view and share the completed card for personal, noncommercial greeting and keepsake purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, falsely claim exclusive authorship, use outputs to impersonate someone, or use the service or outputs unlawfully.
Secret links
Card and management links are unlisted capability links, not guaranteed confidential communications. Anyone with a card link can view and forward it. Anyone with the management link can manage or delete the card. You are responsible for sharing each link appropriately.
Price, generation, and refunds
The displayed price and any Stripe discount are shown before confirmation. Generation begins only after Stripe verifies that checkout is settled. If bounded automated attempts cannot produce a usable initial card, we automatically refund an amount actually paid. A zero-total promotional order has no payment to refund. Technical retries do not consume the included sender regeneration.
Family-safe use
The service is limited to supported positive occasions. We may reject, withhold, or delete content involving sexual material, violence, hate, harassment, self-harm, illegal activity, frightening themes, sensitive occasions, artist imitation, voice cloning, real-person likenesses, or other unsafe or unauthorized content.
Deletion and availability
The management link can delete creative content and revoke both links. We may suspend checkout or generation for safety, legal, provider, cost, or reliability reasons while preserving already-ready cards when practical.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for forwarded secret links, provider outages, or indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms prospectively. The version accepted at checkout is recorded with the order. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
